It discusses Social Networking and it's impact on the human psyche (Both good and bad), Freedom of Speech and it's limitations (With a bonus wikileaks referrence), cults, the good and bad of religion, technology and it's impact on humans in general, and a discussion between a human and an artificial intelligence (Created through the digital recreation of the chemical structure of the brain, atom by atom, and definitely the most sci-fi aspect of my story) regarding human morality, it's origin, and it's purpose.

Needless to say, I'm having a hell of a lot of fun.

It's main message is about technology and the internet, though, which I portray as an amplifier of human evils and virtues.

Sounds like a Victorian novel. Pump it full of exotic sex though, and I'm sure it will sell just fine; I've read a dozen sci-fi books that have done this so far (because nothing can ever just be about genetics) and they got things to work well enough.

To be fair, it doesn't even mention genetics.

It's about a computer thing called virtualization.

Little preview that showed Terri in the next episode? Best part of the show.
My shoulder's killing me. And I hate people.

Spent six hours of my Saturday at school for tech work. Have been there for 2-3 hours every day after school for two weeks.

Now, I'm always happy. I'm eating better, too.

^_^

:D
Found what appears to be a trench watch from WWI on Ebay. Going price? Ten dolla. And it looks gorgeous, honestly -- missing hands but the crystal appears to be intact.

My question here? Why doesn't she drop a couple bucks, get the watch serviced and running, and make serious bank selling it to nerds?

Stupidity?

Take advantage of it!

I just bid on it. I'll probably be able to, uh, flip it at the steampunk con for profit. Dis bitch is mine.
Is the inside intact? If she's selling you a watch shell, then that's a very clever rip-off.

Yep. Missing hands, no band, but there's definitely a movement in the case. Too lazy for HTML but here's the auction link:
