*Sighs* This website is dying isn't it? Are we all that remains of what could have once been excepted as a fandom? I can't go back to MX, as I believe the most accurate description of the current infrastructure is literally just shit. Why this makes me sad? What happens to the poor new anti that tries to offer some constructive criticism in a forum or blog post?When the Squees attempt to persecute them they won't have a supportive, relatively sane, logical base of people to fall back on like we all did.
EDIT: Above post is meant to be treated as no more than a useless rant.

Really? I'm still around both places, and I have lots of thorough (though arguably less intense) criticism.
The thing is that when the Moderators broke up the original antis, they didn't do much of anything to conserve their momentum. In theory, if everyone developed an alt and picked a line of argument that they consistently pressed on about, you could get the same results, though with less direct insults.
For instance, I used to consistantly argue that Angel was a good character. Now I find myself arguing that Fang always was a bad character, and so, as plot tropes insist, is Dylan. This allows me to argue with almost anyone who opens their mouth on that site, and on the odd occasion you do get one or two really good resistant people. Here, look at this guy:

If you want things to happen, you must go and perform them yourself. No anti-army is going to suddenly appear of out cryo-sleep to do it for you.
As for this site, we need to have some organized events, methinks. I've been musing over the idea of throwing a masquerade some weekend.
