Zut basically means damn, but it's.... less harsh. More like "dang" or "darn." It's acceptable for French children to use in front of their parents without being punished.
Baiser has multiple meanings, if you punch it into a translator it'll tell you it means "kiss," but "vous baiser" is French for "fuck you." That's a really useful one if you're in Quebec and a French Canadian dude keeps hitting on you, but you'll probably never have that problem....
