I... don't really know :V I was attempting to say that the box is the only character who isn't terrifying to RP with, simply because all the others are overdramatic lunatics.

I dunno how most people RP, but I could've sworn there was a "no teamkill" unspoken rule.

Yeah. Good luck with that.

I have to agree with that. But I cracked up when I saw how you recovered from having a fireball chucked at you.

I figured that if playing Half-Life for a few hours too many can make me yelp and slam doors when startled, spending most of your life being heavily into games can give you a twitchy trigger finger when it comes to OH SHIT HIT THE DECK.

Also, y'know, girl with cat ears who keeps going "kyaaaaa" just threw a fireball at me...

Don't tell the regular RPers, but if I can pull it off, Nick is running the hell away from them and going on a quest for a temple of Nyarlathotep on his own.

I'd argue that The Sheriff is sane, but, yeah...no.

He's not compos mentis, but his actions make sense in some way. You can tell why he does what he does.

The entire rest of the cast is emotionally volatile and, unless they're master tacticians, are all winging it as they go. I dunno about Box or you, but I may be the only person who has any idea what they're doing ahead of time.

I know what I want to do ahead of time. Whether or not Yuki let's me do it is the question. For instance, next I'm going to have the Sheriff's wife rape Death in the mindass. It probably won't work.

And the way I see it, the Sheriff is a guy who married an eldritch abomination who makes Death look like a well balanced, somewhat weak guy when it comes to powers. And who has a daughter who, at the age of three, was capable of killing the guy by blinking, and likely did one or two times. If he wasn't a little loony to begin with, he damn well is now. He has sex with an entity that would make C'thulhu cry on a daily basis.

That said, he's crazy, not insane. He does what's right, is intelligent, and while he might act a bit more hammy and kickass than usual soccer dads, he's a normal person, with a normal personality. He doesn't refer to his companions as slaves one second and friends the next.

Death is, frankly, an extremely unstable attempt at mixing an antihero with a hero. That's all I have to say on the matter.

The unfortunate thing is how much of a prissy creeper Yuki is. Her other RPs are creepy, creepy underage yaoi and she has a huge bone-on for the concept.

But nope, if Death decides whatever you wanted to do don't fly, he will smack you down and that is not okay.

So far I think I'd rather RP with the Sheriff, the box, and maybe the two-personalities chick than anyone else.

The box, ironically, seems to be the most well developed character in the entire roleplay, with the possible exception of Nick--who hasn't really had time to develop, which is why he potentially comes second to some cardboard.

Wait, what isn't Ok? The fact that Death will smack me down? Ah, but I'm into that sort of thin-actually, no. Death is a dude. I'm fine with homosexuality, so long as I'm not involved in it. :/

Also, I have a weapon.

Death isn't immune to Anti-Magic yet.

:D

I'm actually working kind of hard on Nick :3

The not-okay is the DM using their character to smack down the other player characters when they don't do whatever Death/Yuki wants. We're pretty much being railroaded at this point, and I'm uncomfortable with all the all-powerful teleporter characters.

Also, I mention the yaoi thing because Yuki has a creepy, creepy boner for underage catboy yowees and I do not like that. However, it makes me laugh because I did not know that when I created Nick -- a gay character who's of age and just happens to be gay. And also isn't a goddamn catboy.

So far it's been an interesting challenge -- I think Nick is literally the only character with no powers in the RP, and my trying to play him realistically seems to be throwing off all the other muns.

Jacket has no powers, just weap--

Oh, right.

He's SHERIFF STRAIGHT JACKET, ARCANUM OF RIGHTEOUR JUSTICE!

Forgot about that power...

Good job, by the way. About everything.

I have a general idea what I'm doing, you saw my if-then list earlier.

Oh good. That's three of us.
