I'll say the same thing I said to Nathan and Lamp when they were considering leaving (though Lamp's was considerably more threatening), because I feel it fits here.

I don't want you to leave. If I could be selfish and have my way, I'd tell you to stay here. If you feel like it would really be better for you - better for YOU, not us - then you can leave, and I wish you the best. But I really, really don't want to see you go, and I'll miss you more than you can imagine. I love you to death, Py, we all do, and we don't want to see you go, but we also don't want to keep you here if you don't want to be here.
