I can't ever bring myself to critic a friend's work. Especially if they're nice. God knows I'll butcher the grammar and spelling, but I can't do the actual writing. I'll have implications that it needs work but actually giving it...

I can do it to acquaintances and such, but my actual friends I can't. I just can't. Maybe you should suggest some slight improvements on things? Like saying maybe (if this is one of the problems) that the character should have a flaw or two.

And that it'd be cool to add a plot twist.
