One of my friends(A), whom I have undoubtedly ranted about before, has a habit of lying. Meh, normally I just let it go. She's made up an online boyfriend for herself before, and only explained it to me and my other friend(B), before making him "move away" and delete his Facebook account.
This time, there's another kid online(C). B and I are pretty positive that he's made up, seeing as he talks on chat exactly the way A does, and that he claimed to be gay. That wouldn't be a clue in and of itself, except A would be simply delighted to have a homosexual friend that she could talk about. Anyway, C was talking to a completely different friend with whom I am not acquainted(D). Apparently, C asked D out to be in an internet relationship(WTF?), and D was going to accept, but then C's account was deleted. D, like B and I, is convinced that A was behind it all, and is now refusing to trust A ever again, and they were pretty close friends before. A denies it and has subsequently made up some (obviously) bullcrap story to cover her ass.
>.< With my friend...it's just...ugh! I want to confront her on it, but...I just can't. We used to be really good friends, I suck at proving my points, and...well even if she's a big fat liar half the time, she still sticks up for me sometimes. I'd feel like shit. So yes, sighing is the most appropriate response. v_v
Me and my friend still are really good friends. Her house is my second home. And I don't know how to really tell her how I feel about it; in this case, because she's still in denial, or of her lying habits in general, because she'd laugh it off. :\
