Just came home from a party. But I left early 'cause I felt really sick. I was feeling seriously claustraphobic, which is strange because I'm not really, but I guess it was the loud music and dancing and stuff. Although... *now remebers* I do get horribly claustraphobic during chorus concerts/rehursals. Whenever we're all jammed on the risers I freak out.
Urgh, my two favorite things, which I can't do together. I tend to get more involved in the music than the reading. I'll read a whole chapter while some of my favorite songs are playing, then look back later and have no idea what it was about... :/
It is lovely, though, when I can pay attention for a little while. :D
Meh, I definitely can't do that with Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, which I'm reading now. It's so slow, and I can't get into it. I want to read it, but it's.... bleh. It took me less than 2 days to read Brisingr, and it took me over 2 WEEKS to read Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Rings. XP
Going to stay up late instead of getting good sleep like I should, and what else is new?
X3 I'm sitting in my chair at my desk instead of on my bed like usual. For some reason, it makes me feel...like I'm actually doing something productive. :D It's an odd, fuzzy feeling.
I've found a new video game to add to my favorites list. Alan Wake... it's bizarre, as if you're playing though a Steven King book. That's what makes is so fascinating.
